How much does shipping Cost? 

A regular box holds approximately 72 Tees, and weighs right around 30 pounds.  You can estimate how much it is going to cost by using your zip code and ours (18701).  UPS   (click here to calculate) This will give you an approximate amount that it will cost, and how long it will take to get to you.

How should I wash my garments?

We recommend you wash all garments inside out, in cold or cool water. This is the best practice to ensure longevity and wash fastness in your garments.

What is your turn around time?

Our turnaround time is generally 1 - 2 weeks for screen printing and 4-5 weeks for cut&sew / specialty items. We do offer rush orders, just let us know when you're ordering and we'd be more than happy to do a rush order. (Extra fees may be applied)

Do you offer Specialty Inks?

We do offer specialty Inks such as Metallic inks, Puff, High Density, Glow In Dark, Reflective etc. These inks carry an additional charge.

What is Nebula's Return Policy?

We will handle any and all imperfections on our end, however once the proof is approved, no refund will be available, unless a mistake is made on our end.
